Meat Now Workforce — Privacy Policy

Last updated August 11, 2026

This Policy explains what information Meat Now Workforce (the "Service", operated by Fintech Data Solutions) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to workers ("Candidates") and hiring employers ("Employers").

1. What we collect — job-related only

For Candidates, we collect only information relevant to a meat-processing job: name, location, willingness to relocate, work-authorization status (phrased around lawful work eligibility), language proficiency, skills, experience, certifications, availability, shift preferences, pay expectations, and a résumé if you choose to upload one.

If you take a competency assessment, we also collect your competency assessment answers and the resulting Knowledge and Judgment skill scores.

We do not ask for or collect race, ethnicity, religion, political views, disability status, marital status, pregnancy status, age (beyond lawful work-eligibility), or national origin beyond lawful work-authorization requirements.

2. Your contact information is private by default

Your email, phone number, exact address, and full last name are stored separately and are hidden from Employers by default. Employers see only a limited profile (e.g., first name and last initial, city/state, skills, experience). Your private contact details are shared only when you choose to share them. If you upload a résumé, it is stored privately, shown only to you, and never exposed to Employers in search — you can delete it at any time.

3. What Employers can see

Subscribed Employers can search and view a limited, job-related profile only. They cannot access your hidden contact information through search. Your contact details (name, phone, email) are released to a specific Employer only when you choose — by applying to that Employer's job, or by accepting that Employer's request to connect. There is no open messaging.

Your verified skill scores are shown to Employers as decision-support, not an automated hiring decision; Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions.

4. Contact release & AI translation

When you apply to a job or accept a request to connect, we release your contact details to that one Employer so they can reach you directly; we record that consent event. To help people communicate across languages, profile and job text may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for translation, and profile/job data is processed to generate match, pay-fit, and reliability estimates. AI translations are assistive and may contain errors.

7. Your choices & rights

You may view and update your profile, control the visibility of your contact information, and deactivate or delete your profile at any time. You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting us.

8. Security & retention

We use technical measures including per-account data isolation to keep your information separated from other users. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

9. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals of lawful working age. It is not directed to children.

10. Mobile phone number & SMS notifications

If you opt in to SMS text-message notifications, we use your mobile phone number solely to send you transactional alerts about employer connection requests, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or turn notifications off in your account settings. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the Service.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this Policy; material changes will be communicated. Questions: [email protected].
