These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meat Now Workforce (the "Service"), a recruiting marketplace operated by Fintech Data Solutions ("Meat Now", "we", "us", "our") that connects meat-industry workers ("Workers") with hiring companies ("Companies"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a Company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that Company.
1. We are a marketplace, not the employer
Meat Now Workforce is a technology platform that helps Workers and Companies find and connect with each other. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship. We do not employ Workers, make hiring decisions, or guarantee that any Worker will be hired or that any Company will find a suitable Worker. All employment decisions, offers, wages, benefits, and working conditions are solely between the Worker and the Company.
2. Worker accounts (free)
- Worker profiles are 100% free. You are never charged to create a profile, appear in searches, apply to jobs, or connect with Companies.
- You agree to provide accurate, job-related information and to keep your credentials secure.
- Your contact details (email, phone, exact address, full last name) are private and hidden from Companies by default. They are shared with a Company only when you choose to — by applying to that Company's job, or by accepting that Company's request to connect. You may deactivate or delete your profile at any time.
3. Company subscriptions (paid, prepaid term, auto-renewing)
- Plan & price. The plan, its benefits, the promotional and normal prices, and the term options (6 or 12 months) are shown before you confirm. The plan includes unlimited job postings, one facility location, and one team login; to hire at additional facilities, add another subscription. Payments are processed by Square; applicable taxes and card-processing fees may apply.
- Term & renewal. You choose a 6- or 12-month term, billed upfront. It renews automatically for successive terms of the same length unless canceled, as described in the box above. The promotional rate applies to your first term; renewals are billed at the normal rate.
- Cancellation. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid term; you retain access until then.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and canceling does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current term.
- Price changes — 30-day notice. Fintech Data Solutions may change its prices from time to time, for any current or future fee (for example a subscription, a per-posting fee, or a per-connection fee). We will give at least 30 days' advance notice before any price increase takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies. A price increase never applies retroactively to amounts already charged, and for a prepaid term your price is fixed for the duration of that term. This 30-day-minimum notice applies to all users — companies and workers alike.
- Non-payment. If a renewal charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is resolved.
- Team login. Your plan includes one team login. Anyone you add shares your Company account; you are responsible for your team's use of the Service and for the security of their credentials.
- Lawful use. Companies may use Worker information only for legitimate recruiting and hiring, and must comply with all applicable employment, anti-discrimination, wage-and-hour, and work-authorization laws.
- Verification. Companies are reviewed and verified before they can publish jobs or reach out to Workers. We may decline, pause, or revoke verification at our discretion.
4. How contact happens (no cold contact)
The Service does not offer open messaging. A Worker's contact details are released to a Company only through the Worker's own choice: (a) the Worker applies to the Company's job, or (b) the Company sends a job-specific request to connect and the Worker accepts it. Companies must not attempt to obtain or use a Worker's contact details except through these consent events, and must not contact, solicit, or reach Workers who have not applied to them or accepted their request. Workers never see or contact other Workers. Harassment, discrimination, spam, and fraudulent or off-platform circumvention activity are prohibited and may result in account action.
5. AI matching is decision-support only
The Service provides compatibility scores, pay-fit and reliability estimates, and candidate matches to assist Companies. These are decision-support tools, not automated hiring decisions. Companies are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
6. AI translation
Translations are generated by AI to assist communication and may contain errors. Important employment details should be confirmed directly by both parties. See our Privacy Policy for how content is processed.
7. Reviews and reputation
Only Companies that have verified an employment relationship with a Worker may leave a review, scored on job-related categories. Workers may respond to and dispute reviews, and may request moderation. We may hide, remove, or mark reviews as disputed in accordance with our moderation process. Reviews reflect the opinions of the reviewing Company, not Meat Now.
8. Your data
We collect only job-related information and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell individual Worker data. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Service and produce industry benchmarks.
9. SMS text-message notifications
Workers may opt in to receive SMS text-message notifications from Meat Now Workforce. This is a transactional notification program: when you create a free Worker account, you can check a box on the sign-up form to receive a text message when a Company requests to connect with you about a job, so that you can log in to accept or decline. Opt-in is voluntary and is not a condition of using the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.
- Message frequency varies and depends on how many Companies request to connect with you.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also turn notifications off at any time in your account settings.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will result in a hire, an offer, employment, or any particular outcome, or that match scores, pay-fit or reliability estimates, translations, or profile information are accurate or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meat Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of any Worker or Company; and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Equal opportunity
Meat Now Workforce supports equal employment opportunity. Each party is responsible for its own compliance with applicable laws, including anti-discrimination and work-authorization requirements.
12. Changes, termination, governing law & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated and, for subscriptions, apply at your next renewal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in Kansas will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
